Finance Business Partner

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Finance Business Partner with a global infrastructure and engineering company in Bolingbrook, IL. This Finance Business Partner will sit at the center of manufacturing operations, partnering directly with plant leadership to turn financial data into smart, strategic decisions that improve efficiency and profitability.



What's the job?

• Partner with plant managers and operations teams to analyze performance and cost drivers
  
  
• Support forecasting, budgeting and KPI reporting across manufacturing sites
  
  
• Analyze production, labor, material, inventory and overhead costs
  
  
• Deliver variance analysis with clear, actionable insights
  
  
• Assist with month-end close and ensure accuracy of plant financials
  
  
• Support CapEx tracking and investment analysis

What's needed?

• 4-8 years of manufacturing or plant finance experience
  
  
• Strong cost accounting, inventory and production finance knowledge
  
  
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with operations or plant leadership
  
  
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
  
  
• ERP experience; SAP or similar preferred
  
  
• Ability to work onsite in Bolingbrook 4 days per week
