Sales Support Specialist - $24 - $26hr

Position Overview Join a dynamic, rapidly growing Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) wholesale company. We are looking forsomeone tofill the pivotal roleof Sales Support Specialist, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the sales team in achieving objectives. This multifaceted role requires a combination of excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assist with various sales-related tasks and projects. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and any other applicable communicationmethods. Support the sales manager with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing calendars. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, shipments, anddeliverables.Prior knowledge ofQuickBooks platform preferred. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up onsales inquiries andsupport salespersonnel. Maintainand updateaccurate records of customer interactions,regulatory data,sales activities,prices,and other relevant information in our CRM(SalesForce) Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations as needed. Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and promote sales opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred. Analyst experience with a critical mindset and problem-solving capabilities. 3years’ experiencein customer service, sales support, or administrative assistance Pharmaceutical compounding industryunderstanding,and experiencepreferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Direct knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Process), FDA regulations, and GDP (Good Documentation Practices)is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)with an emphasis on Excel Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow in the role. Salary and Working Hours This position is hourly based, on site, and has a starting wage of $24 - $26/hour. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm.
