Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Job Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age
2+ years of experience in home care services
Must pass Criminal Background check and drug screening
Previous leadership and sales experience preferred

Essential Duties:

Maintain client schedules
Maintain client charting sheets
Build relationships with clients and staff
Complete mini assessments for RN on new referrals
Training new employees
Maintain communication with everyone; Office, Director, and clients
Customer service and care services
Assist and direct the care staff to ensure that quality client care is provided in a manner which upholds Interim HealthCare's standards of care, policy, philosophy, and well-being of the residents.
Lead and motivate employees in providing quality care and services to clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
