Desired Qualities and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Pennsylvania
• Experience or strong interest in school-based therapy
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
• Ability to perform evaluations, write reports, and recommend interventions tailored to student needs
• Excellent communication skills to partner with educators, parents, and related service staff
• Flexibility and positivity in adapting to different learning environments and requirements

• Assess students’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services within school settings
