Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Spanish/English)

The Immigration Institute of the Bay Area in Redwood City seeks an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive office support for the immigration program. You will help manage client communications, document processing, and daily operations while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, and proficient with Windows, Excel, and the IIBA software suite.
