System Administrator - Zoho

We are seeking a hands-on Zoho Systems Implementation expert and Administrator to manage, optimize, and support our Zoho CRM environment. This role will partner with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations teams to enhance CRM functionality, streamline workflows, improve reporting, and support end users. Key Responsiblities Administer and maintain Zoho CRM, including modules, workflows, automation, permissions, and user management Build and enhance CRM processes to support lead management and business operations Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics using Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics Maintain system documentation, process maps, and training materials Support integrations and collaborate with cross-functional teams on system improvements Qualifications 2+ years of Zoho CRM administration experience Experience building workflows, automation, and custom CRM solutions Understanding of APIs and system integrations Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environments Preferred Experience with Zoho Analytics Knowledge of sales, marketing, or customer lifecycle p rocessesPassion for process improvement and system optim #J-18808-Ljbffr
