Human Resources Manager Job Number: JO-2511-11133 Location: Walton, KY Employee Group: Regular Shift: Day Travel: 0% Site Name: Richwood Dist Center - 30 Is Remote Eligible: No Pay: $94,100.00 - $159,900.00 per year Role Summary The Human Resources Business Partner, Manager with 5 years of increasing responsibility for HR leadership that thrives in a collaborative, customer‑centric, and team‑oriented culture. The ideal candidate will support operations and business leaders, driving local HR capability through the implementation of core HR programs and processes, partnering with site leadership to develop managerial and supervisory capabilities, and effectively facilitating all facets of the HR model at the local site level to support and inform business strategies. Responsibilities Take charge as an HR Partner to support new or existing building and associates. Work closely in partnership with the Site Director. Work closely with the TA and Staffing Team to serve as a point of contact for seasonal staffing management for the site. Serve as a generalist in addition to significant HR processes, systems, and planning. Facilitate continual education on company policies, processes, and programs to build organizational capability at site levels. Help create and implement innovative HR solutions that drive transformation, change and growth, supporting strategic business objectives. Demonstrate personal qualities and professional experience to quickly gain credibility across the organization and senior management. Motivate and guide people through change and help navigate business issues as the business transitions to a more strategic and business‑aligned HR model. Facilitate HR Central utilization and employee interaction, reporting and investigation processes. Provide hands‑on tactical guidance with associates and management while building trust within fulfillment operations. Qualifications Influential HR Business Partner with leadership capabilities working with a diverse workforce across the distribution location. Understand global business objectives and provide appropriate HR expertise, process, and/or programs to deliver business results. Capable of working in and through a matrix management environment with business leaders and HR peers. 5 years of human resources and business partner experience, generalist capacity interfacing, influencing, and training site leaders, managers, and associates. Experience in HR Systems, preferably Workday. Strong business partner experience and proven influencing skills. Highly consultative, dealing with performance teams across the fulfillment centers. Strong executive presence and a track record of partnering with senior leadership to deliver superior business results. Shows personal passion for delivering on commitments, action‑oriented, and highly performance‑oriented. Can think and act strategically while delivering operational excellence. Flexible and persevering during extremely heavy peak holiday seasons. Bachelor's Degree. Travel This position is not remote. Travel required 5%.
