Job OverviewHahn Plumbing-Heating-AC is looking for a skilled, customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our Field Operations team. In this dual-role position, you'll perform diagnostics, service, and installation of HVAC systems for both residential and commercial clients. We’re a small, family-owned company that truly cares about our team—offering a supportive work environment, steady hours, and long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities- Service, repair, and install a range of HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnose issues and perform preventative maintenance, including cleaning, tuning, and system adjustments.
- Complete emergency and warranty repairs with professionalism and urgency.
- Interact with customers to explain findings and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain safety and quality standards on all job sites.
- Rooftop Units (RTUs)
- Commercial and Residential Split Systems
- Ductless Mini-Splits
- Standard Residential Heating and Cooling Systems
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience preferred
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work weekends and take emergency calls as needed
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Own basic hand tools (PPE provided)
- $30–$40/hour, depending on experience
- Weekly pay cycle
