Experienced HVAC Service Techs - We Want to Meet You

Horsetooth Heating & Air is looking for an experienced residential HVAC Service Technician with 3-5 years of hands-on service experience. If you're confident diagnosing and repairing residential systems, take pride in your work, and want to work for a company that actually supports its technicians, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Identify system issues and recommend appropriate repair solutions
• Provide professional, high-quality service to homeowners
• Explain findings and repair options clearly to customers
• Complete service calls according to company standards
• Maintain your vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Continue developing your technical skills through ongoing training

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Universal EPA Certification
• NATE Certification, or willingness to obtain within your first year
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to invest in and maintain basic HVAC tools
