SpineSearch is partnering with a growing orthopedic spine group to identify a professional and detail-oriented Medical Office Receptionist to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in/check out patients in a courteous and efficient manner
\n
• Answer and manage high-volume phone calls, voicemails, and appointment scheduling
\n
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information
\n
• Perform light triaging and route patient inquiries appropriately
\n
• Collect co-pays and maintain accurate financial records
\n
• Scan, upload, and organize patient documentation within the EMR system
\n
• Coordinate with physicians, providers, and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
\n
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
\n

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred

• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to work in a busy practice
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with EMR systems
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
