Ecommerce Content & Operations Coordinator

We're looking for an Ecommerce Content & Operations Coordinator to help turn products into polished, accurate, launch-ready offers across our ecommerce business. This role is for someone who is highly detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working at a fast pace, and excited to gain hands‑on experience across ecommerce operations, product content, merchandising, and buying support. In this role, you'll photograph products, edit images using AI-powered tools, research and write product information, and upload everything needed to create accurate, compelling product listings across our ecommerce platforms. Attention to detail is critical—but so is knowing how to keep moving. We value hitting deadlines and making consistent progress over perfection. What You'll Do Take basic product photography using in‑house equipment, edit images with AI‑powered tools and other software, and prepare final assets for upload to our ecommerce platform Research, write, and verify product descriptions, specifications, and other content based on physical product samples to ensure listings are accurate and complete Provide QC for finalized product listings to catch errors before they go live across our collection of sites, including MorningSave, Hammacher Schlemmer, SideDeal, and more Support our buying team with data entry to complete purchase orders as well as product sample requests Use AI tools, including Photoroom, Claude and ChatGPT, to improve efficiency across image editing, product content, offer building, and day‑to‑day workflows Keep projects moving by managing multiple priorities and consistently meeting deadlines You'll Thrive in This Role If You: Are detail‑oriented, organized, and able to balance accuracy with speed Can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Have strong written communication skills and enjoy researching and organizing product information Are curious about improving processes and using technology to work more efficiently Have an interest in ecommerce, retail, product content, merchandising, photography, or digital marketing Enjoy collaborating with cross‑functional teams Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce, retail, product content, operations, photography, or a related field Bachelor's degree in Digital Retail, Marketing, Ecommerce, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not required Experience with product photography, photo editing, or AI‑powered image tools Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, Freshdesk, Photoroom, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities and consistently meet deadlines Nice to Have Experience with ecommerce product listings, catalogs, or marketplace content Familiarity with purchase orders, buying support, or other merchandising operations Familiarity with live‑shopping or event‑based sales Work Location This is a hybrid position based in Carrollton, TX .
