ABA Therapist

RBT (Board Certified Behavior Analyst - in training) - Rockland County, New York Job Summary: We are seeking a part-time BT to join our dynamic team at Golden Care Therapy NY. As a BT, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality ABA Therapy to children with Autism. With a strong commitment to our mission, "Reaching Hearts. Building Futures.", you will be expected to work collaboratively with our experienced team of therapists and supervisors to create customized treatment plans and deliver effective interventions. Responsibilities: Conduct ABA Therapy sessions under the supervision of a BCBA Implement and maintain treatment plans in accordance with individualized goals Collaborate with BCBA's and other BT's to ensure continuity of care Provide support to families through regular communication and parent training Maintain accurate and detailed client records Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge Requirements: Minimum of 16 hours of coursework and 160 hours of supervised ABA Therapy experience (or equivalent) Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methods Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Reliable transportation and a clean driving record About the Role: As a BT in training at Golden Care Therapy NY, you will be an integral part of our team's efforts to deliver exceptional ABA Therapy services to children with Autism.
