Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality ABA Therapy services to children with Autism, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Conduct ongoing assessments and progress monitoring to adjust treatment plans and ensure optimal outcomes
Collaborate with parents and caregivers to provide education, support, and strategies for generalizing skills and maintaining progress
*Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and client progress
