Occupational Therapist (OT) Position

Sigma Health Rehab is excited to offer a per diem weekend Occupational Therapy (OT) position to join our team of skilled therapists in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities Include:

Evaluate residents conditions & develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans
Relieve residents pain using exercises, hands-on therapy & stretching
Help residents through their tasks and monitor their performance
Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants
Maintain resident confidence & protects facility by keeping information confidential
Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members & contributes to team effort

PT Requirements Include

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Current New York State OT License

Sigma Health Rehab is recruiting for a weekend Occupational Therapist (OT) position at our client facility, Northern Riverview Healthcare located in Haverstraw, New York. Our team of compassionate physical, occupational, and speech therapists provides rehab services in a state-of-the-art rehab gym.
