Associate Director, Employer Engagement and External Partnerships PRIMARY PURPOSE/GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Director of Career Planning & Resources, the Associate Director is responsible for overseeing the strategy and execution of employer engagement, designing and leading employer outreach strategies, managing on-campus recruitment to connect students to job, internship, and other professional development opportunities, developing regional career programs for students and alumnae, and building a volunteer pipeline of alumnae and family to enhance career programs and outcomes. Employer Engagement Develop and execute strategy for employer engagement to strengthen partnerships with employers, alumnae, and parents on behalf of Career Planning & Resources. Lead strategic outreach for recruitment of volunteers for signature career programming (e.g. Career Exploration Trek program, career community initiative, etc.) as well as cultivation of job, internship, and project referrals. Create and maintain an employer prioritization system to track relationships and opportunities.
