Department Website: Director’s EEO Policy: Job Description and Duties Under the general direction of the Office Chief for Real Property Services, the Senior Right of Way Agent (SRWA) in Real Property Services (RPS) acts as a Region/District Liaison who provides guidance and assistance to Regions and Districts. The SRWA participates in policy development and active management of the Department's Property Management, Airspace, and Clearance & Demolition programs. Eligibility Eligibility for hire may be determined by your score on the Senior Right of Way Agent exam. For those who do not have current eligibility (e.g., transfer, permissive reinstatement, or voluntary demotions) and/or who will be new to state civil services employment, you must be on the state examination list to be eligible for these positions. Special Requirements Possession of a valid driver’s license is required when operating a State‑owned or leased vehicle. Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) Statement of Qualifications is required. Failure to submit a SOQ will disqualify candidates from the hiring process. The SOQ must be typed, no more than two pages, and in 12‑point Arial font. Each question must be numbered and answered in the same order as below. Please describe your knowledge of rules, regulations, and statutes that govern the State’s position as a Landlord. Please describe your experience in performing the duties in Right of Way for State or Local government. Please describe your experience providing training to others, including resources used to convey the information.
