Compliance Analyst

*Position Overview*
Seeking a detail-oriented professional to support billing operations, compliance reporting, and data analysis within a home care services environment. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert for Sandata, providing support for billing processes, regulatory reporting, operational inquiries, and system-related analytics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Sandata experience and be able to contribute immediately with minimal training.
*Location*: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
*Schedule*: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (35 hours per week)
*Key Responsibilities*

* Manage and support billing operations using Sandata.
* Generate regulatory, compliance, and operational reports.
* Analyze billing and operational data to identify trends and improve processes.
* Serve as the primary resource for Sandata-related questions and troubleshooting.
* Partner with internal teams to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance.
* Support system transition activities related to HHA Exchange.
*Qualifications*

* *Hands-on experience with Sandata required.*
* Experience with HHA Exchange strongly preferred.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in home care, healthcare operations, or billing environments preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
