Role Description The Head of Ad Monetisation will lead Thrad's monetization strategy across AI app inventory, owning end-to-end revenue growth from in-chat ads. This full-time hybrid role is based in New York, NY, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining monetization frameworks, setting pricing and yield strategies, and optimizing ad formats and placements for performance and user experience. The role will oversee partnerships with AI apps and brands, manage forecasting and reporting, and collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to improve targeting, measurement, and conversion. This leader will build and mentor a high-performing monetization and paid media team, establish best practices, and ensure compliance with brand safety and regulatory standards.

• Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Market Research to define monetization strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Marketing Management and Public Relations to position Thrad's offering effectively and manage stakeholder communications.
• Candidates should possess skills in Sales to drive revenue, build relationships with brands and AI app partners, and negotiate impactful deals.
• Proven experience in ad tech, digital paid media, or programmatic advertising, ideally in a leadership role managing monetization or revenue teams.
• Strong analytical abilities, including comfort with performance metrics, experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Background in AI, digital platforms, or emerging media channels is highly beneficial; experience in hybrid work environments is a plus. xhyhwjd
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
