Role Description This full-time Real Estate Agent role is a hybrid position based in Oklahoma City, OK, with a combination of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, including prospecting, conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, and guiding clients through negotiations and closings. Daily responsibilities include managing a pipeline of leads, maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and title companies, and ensuring all documentation and disclosures are completed accurately and on time. The role also involves staying informed about local market trends, property values, and inventory, while using JMG’s technology and marketing tools to maximize visibility and client service. Agents are expected to participate in team meetings, training, and partner events to build business and maintain high professional standards. Qualifications and Specifications JMG offers a very competitive lead generation. Candidates should possess an active Real Estate License in Oklahoma or any other State they are licensed or the ability to obtain one within a defined timeframe Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including local market dynamics, valuation, and transaction processes. Candidates should possess Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets in a client-focused environment. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and support clients through complex decisions.
