Part Time Auction Support Specialist (Manheim)

Job Overview Company: Cox Automotive – Location: specified Cox location (must be onsite). Shift: Day. Position: Virtual Block Specialist I, part‑time, 9‑12 hours per week (Tue‑Thu). Compensation: hourly base pay $16.63 – $24.90, possible commission or incentive. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship. Key Responsibilities Use the AS400 system to record lane and Simulcast bid amounts, enter customer data, and process all sold units. Verify and enter vehicle lights, ensuring accurate system information. Confirm vehicle run order so the correct vehicle is keyed and sold. Operate the monitor remotely, review Simulcast bids with auctioneer, and provide arbitration and vehicle announcements. Contact customers by phone and email regarding late titles; use Salesforce for title‑absent support. Serve as part of the client services contact center to respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or GED. Less than 2 years of experience. Effective communication skills. Good problem‑solving and organizational skills. Ability to remain focused and composed during fast‑paced sale‑day activities. Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear; lift 1‑10lbs. Vision: close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Work Environment Occasional exposure to fumes, odors, and weather conditions.
