The Lehigh Valley IronPigs strive to provide a positive and memorable experience for every guest every time.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrates outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended hours (up to 8 hours)
• Must be able to lift 25lbs. occasionally
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Previous experience as a server, runner, or other related role preferred

Job Responsibilities:

All Food and Beverage attendants may be considered for cross-training in multiple locations of the ballpark at managements discretion. General responsibilities for all positions include but are not limited to:

• Ensures hospitality areas are stocked with proper food, beverage, and product before and during event
• Communicate in a timely manner with the kitchen staff regarding the amount of food on hand and its quality
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas
• Maintains knowledge of menu items and all other offerings offered
• Provides an elevated level customer service, and anticipating guests' needs
• Break down and clean food service areas and equipment post event and return equipment to proper storage areas
• Inventory all products at the beginning and end of each event
• Maintains a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.

Staff Uniform :

• IronPigs Black Polo Shirt (provided)
• Black pants (associate's responsibility)
• Close-toed comfortable shoes; non-skid shoes highly recommended (associate's responsibility)

Job Type: Part-time Seasonal

Pay Compensation: $13. Hourly
