NOW HIRING – PRESS OPERATOR

West Fort Worth, TX
Pay: $21-$25/hr DOE (Outstanding experience may be considered above range)
Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
➕ Overtime opportunities available on Fridays

Are you an experienced Press Operator who can take ownership of your machine and keep production moving? We are seeking a skilled professional with hands-on experience operating steel press equipment in a manufacturing environment.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can confidently run, maintain, and troubleshoot press machinery with minimal supervision while producing quality parts safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Operate steel press equipment safely and efficiently
• Set up, adjust, and monitor machine performance
• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues
• Perform routine maintenance and machine inspections
• Verify quality of finished products
• Maintain production goals and minimize downtime
• Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures

✅ Qualifications:
• Previous experience operating steel press machinery required
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment independently
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read work orders and follow specifications
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

⚠️ Please Note:
This role requires experience with steel press equipment. Candidates with only brake press or printing press experience will not be considered.
