Outsourcing Advisory Partner (New York)

EA Talent Solutions has been engaged by a leading professional services firm to hire an Outsourcing Advisory Partner to lead, grow, and shape their outsourcing practice. This is a high-impact, high-visibility opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader who is energized by building something meaningful within an established, well-respected firm.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall strategy, growth, and profitability of the Outsourcing Advisory practice
• Drive business development efforts by expanding the client base and cultivating relationships with prospects, clients, and referral sources
• Collaborate cross-functionally with practice leaders across the firm to deliver integrated solutions
• Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing team - fostering a culture of excellence and development
• Serve as a senior advisor to clients on complex outsourcing decisions, process improvements, and operational transformation
• Contribute to broader firm strategy and culture as an influential member of firm leadership

Qualifications

• Significant experience in public accounting, consulting, or professional services
• Proven track record of leading and growing a practice or service line
• Deep expertise in outsourcing advisory services such as finance and accounting, HR outsourcing, or related areas
• Strong business development instincts with an existing network of client relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and think strategically
• CPA or relevant advanced degree preferred

$300,000 – $400,000 base salary plus bonus, commensurate with experience.
