Key Responsibilities Of The Accounts Payable Specialist Perform full-cycle accounts payable duties, including invoice entry, three-way matching, and payment processing as the Accounts Payable Specialist. Reconcile vendor statements and handle payment-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner as the Accounts Payable Specialist. Support disbursement runs (checks, ACH, electronic payments) while ensuring accuracy and compliance as the Accounts Payable Specialist. Maintain organized, audit‑ready documentation within ERP systems and internal records as the Accounts Payable Specialist. Utilize Excel tools (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and 10-key skills to support accurate data entry and reporting as the Accounts Payable Specialist.
