Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for HR Service Center Representative II Position type: Full-time - Contract Duration: 12 months Location: Atlanta, GA As HR Service Center Representative II, you will be:

• Responsible for the accurate and timely retrieval and dissemination of non-revenue pass travel information to employees, retirees, and survivors.
• Provides customer service in a call center environment by retrieving information from online resources and interpreting the information and providing the appropriate response to the customer.
• Manage information with high level of confidentiality.
• Communicate with all levels of employees, retirees, survivors, and vested employees.
• Utilize online chat functionality to provide non-revenue customer service.

The ideal candidate will have:

• College degree preferred or equivalent customer service experience.
• Previous airline experience is desired.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Ability to operate a PC in a Windows environment.
• Typing 35 WPM.

Pay Range*: $17- $18 Per hour. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
