Due to growth, we are currently hiring for General Assembly in our Bedford, PA manufacturing facility. Note: Satisfactory background check and negative drug screen required SCHEDULE Monday-Friday 6am - 2:30pm Some overtime required WE ARE LOOKING FOR Hard-working individuals, wanting to excel in their profession Strong organizational skills Self-starting team player with a positive attitude and good communication Considers attendance & punctuality a priority RESPONSIBILITIES Perform work according to safety & quality standards and procedures Work effectively as a team member contributing to a positive workplace Finished work is expected to be neat, orderly, and repeatable Ensuring work space is clean, safe and in working order JOB REQUIREMENTS Ability to use various hand and power tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently Stand for long periods of time Basic mathematical skills Proficient in English EDUCATION High school diploma or equivalent required SALARY Competitive wages based on experience Monthly bonus based on performance and productivity BENEFITS 401k with employer match Medical/Dental/Vision with Disability and Life upon election of medical Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Paid holidays in addition to paid vacation and sick days (based upon tenure) Applications submitted for this position are valid for 60 days.
