Nurse Supervisor RN Weekends

Chapel View, a Cassia community, is hiring a Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our team in Hopkins, MN. In addition to great benefits, we are offering up to a $1000 bonus. As a Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN) at Chapel View, you will serve as a leader and provide supervision for direct care staff. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse who wants to make a difference in our residents’ lives. Position Type: Part‑Time, every other weekend. Shift: Days 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. Wage Range: $40.00 – $48.10 per hour, depending on experience. Bonus: $1,000. Location: 615 Minnetonka Mills Road, Hopkins, MN 55343. Responsibilities Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff. Investigate, report, and address resident concerns. Administer medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitor for effectiveness/response. Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures. Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software. Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition and take follow‑up action as necessary. Monitor nursing personnel on duty and conduct CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)/Nurse audits as needed. Skills and Requirements Must have a current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license. CPR certification required. Supervisor experience preferred. Must have strong communication and organizational skills. Self‑starter with a desire to be part of a team.
