The Opportunity: Trauma-Informed Clinician In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of trauma, mental health, and substance use , providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals impacted by intimate partner violence and domestic abuse . This is a unique opportunity to: Practice trauma-informed, empowerment-based care Lead impactful group and individual therapy Support survivors in regaining safety, autonomy, and healing Collaborate within a multidisciplinary, mission-driven team Experience and Skills: Education & Experience Minimum of a Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work. Clinical licensure, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT, preferred. Licensure-track required. Prior experience in working with domestic violence, complex trauma, and/or crime victims preferred. Strong knowledge of victim advocacy supports and resources. Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with other professionals. Sensitivity to diversity issues and a commitment to cultural competency. Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) a plus.

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE: $68,000 - 80,000
