Essential Duties and Responsibilities Carpentry Skills – work hands‑on daily performing structural repairs caused by termite damage, including repairs to fascia boards, sheathing, eaves, rafters, wood siding, trim, roofing, sub‑floors, decks & patios. Customer Experience – communicate to the customer critical conditions conducive to termite activity, discuss procedures and structural modifications that may be supplemental to the treatment process. Continuous Learning – WILL TRAIN. No experience in pest control necessary; robust training will be provided. Position Requirements Operate and maintain equipment and vehicle in a clean and good working order. Safely climb and use a ladder. Crawl through attics and sub‑areas. Be flexible with working hours, Monday‑Friday and Saturday as needed. Obtain and maintain licenses/certificates required by federal, state, and local regulations. Possess a valid driver’s license from the state of residence. Education and Experience High school diploma or GED. At least 2 years of customer service experience. Construction knowledge and experience required. Pay Range Hourly: $17.16 - $25.75 Benefits Benefits start Day 1 for full‑time colleagues; no waiting period.
