About the Position

Join a well-established Urology practice in Washington providing both outpatient and inpatient care. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced P hysician Assistant looking to work in a collaborative setting with a broad scope of urologic care.

Position Highlights

• Location: Washington
• Specialty: Urology (NP or PA)
• Start: ASAP
• Practice Setting: Hospital & Urology Clinic
• 122-bed medical center
• EPIC EMR

Practice Details

• Split coverage between the hospital and urology clinic (located just one mile apart)
• Adult patient population (17+)
• Approximately 18 patients per day
• Evaluate and treat:
  • Erectile dysfunction
  • Kidney stones
  • Male urinary incontinence
• Perform cystoscopies and other standard urology procedures
• Surgical first assist opportunities for experienced surgical PAs
• Inpatient rounding and surgical support for surgical PAs
• NP candidates may practice independently based on facility guidelines

Requirements

• ✅ Board Certified Physician Assistant
• ✅ Active Washington license required at the time of submission
• IMLC not accepted
• ✅ BLS & ACLS (AHA or American Red Cross)
• ✅ Recent clinical experience in Urology
• ✅ Case logs from the past 24 months demonstrating relevant clinical activity are required for privileging
