Location: Dallas, TX / Remote

Duration: Fulltime

Salary: $100,000-$140,000/Year

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• 10 to 15 years' experience in administration/implementation/configuration of an ITSM solution in medium to large organization
• 5 to 8 years' experience in administration/implementation/configuration of ServiceNow in the areas of Source 2 Pay (S2P), HRSD, ITOM, ITAM (not limited to) and Scoped Application solution
• Experience with similar platforms like ServiceNow S2P (SAP Ariba and other platforms)
• Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations, Converting Business Requirements into Technical Solutions
• Lead at least a couple of Implementation projects in different ServiceNow modules including Scoped applications and 1 complete Implementation lifecycle for ServiceNow
• ServiceNow custom application design and development experience
• Past work experience with procurement, supplier management and account payables functions

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.
• Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations for improvements.
• Responsible for developing/administering technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
• Applies good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform while making informed recommendations to process users.
• Applies innovative technology to business processes to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues
• Consults with business analyst/Process Leaders to develop appropriate technical solutions in Service Now
• Follows up on outstanding development needs and provides timely status reports to the project manager
• Advises on options, risk and impacts on business/ITIL processes
