Job Title: Lead Business Analyst Location: Remote Contract Length: 6 Months Job Ref # 247889 Required Qualifications Experience Strong technical and business experience Experience working closely with digital technical product managers Experience writing requirements for technical partners Experience analyzing data from Snowflake and other data sources Experience supporting intake, assessment, and management of new ideas and proposals Experience gathering and clarifying requirements with stakeholders Experience collecting, aggregating, organizing, and analyzing performance data Experience generating reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics Experience identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for optimization Experience analyzing user feedback and operational metrics Experience supporting team coordination, communication, documentation, and presentations Experience improving data collection, reporting processes, workflows, and best practices Proven experience in a support, coordination, or administrative role Required Technology Snowflake Adobe Analytics Tableau SQL Microsoft Office Suite Advanced Excel Jira Work Management (JWM) Jira Clarity Foundational understanding of AWS AI services Foundational understanding of OpenAI Foundational understanding of Anthropic Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant field OR equivalent practical experience Additional Requirements Understanding of conversational AI technologies, including Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Large Language Models (LLMs), and generative/agentic AI Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Ability to independently manage tasks Preferred Qualifications Previous experience supporting a technology or AI-focused team Familiarity with project management principles Experience working with idea management systems or CRMs Exposure to performance analytics or business intelligence reporting Understanding of agentic AI concepts Responsibilities Receive, log, and track incoming ideas and proposals for conversational AI solutions Assist with initial assessment of ideas and ensure required information is captured Coordinate with stakeholders to gather details, clarify requirements, and facilitate decision-making Maintain documentation and databases related to idea intake, progress, and outcomes Support collection, aggregation, and organization of conversational AI performance data Generate reports and dashboards related to usage, user satisfaction, effectiveness, and ROI Identify trends, anomalies, and potential optimization opportunities Analyze user feedback and operational metrics to support strategy and development Provide administrative and logistical support to the Conversational Enablement team Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and external partners Assist with presentations, documentation, and training materials Stay informed on NLU, LLMs, generative AI, and agentic AI Propose and implement improvements to idea management, data collection, and reporting processes Contribute to development and refinement of team workflows and best practices Strategic Staffing Solutions
