Director - Enterprise Partner Support

Requisition Number: 235274 Job DescriptionCintas is seeking a Director - Enterprise Partner Support to provide strategic leadership for the Partner Support function within the Digital Partner Experience organization. This role is responsible for ensuring partners have the support, processes, knowledge, operational services, and escalation pathways needed to effectively leverage enterprise business capabilities. The Director will lead the enterprise support operating model and serve as a critical liaison between business, technology, transformation, and field teams to drive successful adoption, support, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise capabilities.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead the strategy, governance, and performance of the Enterprise Partner Support organization. Own and continuously improve the Partner Support operating model, including intake, triage, service delivery, escalation management, and support performance. Develop and execute initiatives that enhance efficiency, automation, self-service capabilities, and the overall partner experience. Partner with business, field, technology, and transformation leaders to support adoption, operational readiness, and long-term sustainment of enterprise capabilities. Establish and monitor service metrics, performance standards, and reporting to drive accountability and continuous improvement. Identify support trends, operational risks, and process improvement opportunities to improve business outcomes and reduce support demand. Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team through coaching, talent development, workforce planning, and performance leadership.Skills/QualificationsRequired:Minimum 10 years of experience in business operations, partner support, shared services, service delivery, information technology, process improvement, or related fields.Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience, including leading multi-functional teams responsible for support operations, business enablement, shared services, technology support, or related functions.Minimum 5 years of experience communicating business and technical issues/solutions to all levels of management.Experience designing, implementing, and leading enterprise support operating models, intake/triage processes, service metrics, knowledge management, or shared service capabilities.Experience leading adoption, operational readiness, training/communication coordination, or sustainment activities for enterprise business capabilities.Experience building partnerships and influencing decisions across senior business, field, and technology leaders in a complex, matrixed environment.Bachelor's degree.Preferred:Experience with SAP or other enterprise business platforms preferred.Experience leading continuous improvement, process simplification, automation, or demand-reduction initiatives preferredBenefitsCintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
