Medical Receptionist (Front Office – Concierge-style Practice)
Beverly Hills, CA | Full-Time
High-end private medical practice seeking a polished, professional Medical Receptionist to manage phones, scheduling, and front office operations.
This is a front-of-house role —you are the first impression of our practice. We’re looking for someone who is organized, calm under pressure, and excellent on the phone , with a strong service mindset.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering high-volume calls and scheduling appointments
- Patient check-in/check-out and front desk flow
- Insurance verification, copays, and record management
- Responding to emails and faxes.
Requirements:
- Prior front desk or customer service experience in a medical office setting.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Professional presence appropriate for a Beverly Hills practice
Full-time | Competitive pay + benefits
