Travel Physical Therapy - Home Health Requirements:

• 2+ years of recent Physical Therapy - Home Health experience
• Must hold all required Physical Therapy - Home Health certifications and licenses as mandated by California and national regulatory bodies

Adventist Health Clearlake is a critical access hospital in Clearlake, California, serving rural Lake County with physical, occupational, and speech therapy across hospital-based and outpatient rehabilitation settings.

• Physical, occupational, and speech therapy for recovery from injury, illness, and surgery
• Occupational therapy covering daily-living skills, adaptive equipment and compensatory techniques, and upper-extremity strengthening
• Outpatient rehabilitation at multiple Lake County sites, including Clearlake and Hidden Valley Lake, plus cardiopulmonary and pulmonary rehab
• A small critical-access setting with a generalist caseload, part of the Adventist Health system
