We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team and provide in-home therapy services across Northern Fairfield County , including Danbury, Newtown, Bethel, New Milford and surrounding towns. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and collaborate with physicians, nurses, patients, and families to develop individualized care plans. Conduct OASIS assessments. Deliver goal‑oriented, evidence‑based therapy in the home setting to help patients regain function and independence. Provide education and instruction to patients, families, and caregivers. Identify and refer for additional services or next level of care as needed. What You Bring Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Connecticut PT license in good standing. 2+ years of clinical experience (home health experience preferred). Proficiency in OASIS documentation and EMR systems (tablet provided). Strong understanding of therapy best practices in home‑based settings. Excellent communication, time management, and problem‑solving skills. Compensation The pay range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year and represents RVNAhealth's commitment to pay transparency and is a reasonable estimate of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate's exact location, experience, and expertise related to the qualifications.
