Seasonal Sales Professional

Summary The Sales Professional creates exceptional client experiences while representing the Ralph Lauren brand. This role builds client relationships, delivers product and styling knowledge, and works to exceed sales goals. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers, providing excellent service, product knowledge, and styling guidance. Build client relationships through correspondence, networking, and virtual selling. Drive sales across Ralph Lauren product categories and support product launches and customer experience initiatives. Maintain knowledge of products, company history, industry trends, and competitors. Assist with inventory, special events, projects, and opening or closing duties as needed. Follow company policies and maintain professional appearance and communication. Requirements Relevant work experience preferred. Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills. Positive, proactive approach and genuine interest in working with people and the brand. Ability to operate a register and stand, move, and walk for multiple hours. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, maneuver throughout the store, and climb a ladder as trained.
