About This Role Adventist Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for their Emergency Department. Highlights Pay: $37.00 - $55.00 Location: Rockville, MD Facility: Shady Grove Medical Center Department/Unit: Emergency Department Schedule: Full-time, Night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 3 shifts/week) What You'll Do Educate patients and families through the continuum of care. Serve as role models to Level I nurses. Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to ANA standards of practice. Use equipment and technology correctly to maximize efficiency. Develop a plan of care according to patient population. Identify impending changes in patient condition and initiate corrective action. Mentor students, colleagues, and team members in patient-centered care. Conduct purposeful rounding from patient and family perspective. Conduct efficient literature searches and apply findings to practice. Identify opportunities for improvement in clinical care.
