We're looking for an  experienced, honest, and driven high-ticket sales professional who wants to earn significant additional income while growing with our company.

The Opportunity

Earn thousands in additional monthly income while working a flexible, part-time schedule.

We coordinate appointments around mutually agreed availability, making this an excellent opportunity for experienced sales professionals who want to maintain their current job while earning additional commissions.

You'll meet homeowners through  company-provided, pre-scheduled appointments , understand their vision, measure their basement, develop a proposed floor plan, present pricing, and close the contract during the initial consultation.

No cold calling. No prospecting. No appointment setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales consultations.
• Measure basements and create proposed floor plans.
• Present customized designs, pricing, and financing options.
• Handle objections and close contracts during the initial appointment.
• Maintain honesty, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-ticket sales experience.
• Minimum $1 million in verifiable annual closed sales.
• Background in windows, roofing, remodeling, home improvement, or automotive sales preferred.
• Strong closing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to measure spaces and develop basic floor plans.
• Self-motivated, accountable, trustworthy, and results-driven.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability.

Compensation & Growth

Typical Project Value: $100,000–$120,000+

At our starting 4% commission rate:

• 1 Sale: $4,000–$4,800+
• 2 Sales: $8,000–$9,600+
• 3 Sales: $12,000–$14,400+

Illustrative earnings based on closed contracts; commissions are not guaranteed.
