Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate insurance options across multiple product lines.
• Follow up with customers and prospects to help them make informed coverage decisions.
• Deliver a professional and consistent customer experience through ongoing service and support.
• Maintain accurate customer records, appointments, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in agency marketing and community outreach efforts.
• Work collaboratively toward individual and agency goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable in a customer-focused sales environment.
• Organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-through.
• Confident initiating conversations and asking thoughtful questions.
• Coachable with a desire to learn and grow professionally.
• Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred, but not required.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain required state insurance licenses.
