• Deliver precise speech therapy interventions tailored to enhance communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing capabilities.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, such as physical and occupational therapists, nurses, and family members to ensure a unified approach to care.
• Guide patients and their families with educational resources to bolster progress beyond their therapy sessions.
• Partake in occasional inpatient assessments and interventions, promoting seamless transitions throughout the therapy process.
• Document patient interactions accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and organizational standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education and collaborative opportunities with peers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is a must if not yet certified by ASHA.

Licenses and Certifications

• State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist is required.
• Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of joining the team.
