What You'll Do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care specific to OB/GYN needs
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Assist in patient education and discharge planning
• Support and supervise non-RN staff, including LPNs and PCTs
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Adapt to changing schedules and patient census demands

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license (or willing to obtain)
• Minimum 1 year RN experience, preferably in OB/GYN or women's health
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Flexibility with work schedule changes
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
