You’ll welcome guests, guide them through their order, and ensure every meal is prepared and delivered just right. Whether you’re helping at the counter, working in the drive-thru, or resolving a concern, you’ll play a key role in keeping our restaurants welcoming and efficient.Your Day Might Include:Greeting guests and assisting them with their orders in a friendly, professional wayAssembling food and beverage orders accurately and quicklyKeeping service areas clean, stocked, and organizedWorking with kitchen team members to ensure hot, fresh, accurate ordersLearning how to handle guest feedback and make it right when things go wrongWhat You’ll Bring (and Learn):You bring reliability, energy, and a desire to connect with people. Dukart Management owns a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products in operating its restaurants, but it is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA. As your employer, Dukart Management is solely responsible for all employment matters at its restaurants, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.
