STV is seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to join our PM/CM team in New York City and Long Island. Lead owner’s representative duties on complex healthcare capital projects, including hospital, ambulatory care, and life sciences facilities. You will guide multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, procurement, construction, and activation while controlling scope, schedule, and budget to ensure patient care outcomes.
