The Recruiting Manager in Manchester , NH, will be responsible for collaborating with the Recruiting Manager in Dorado, PR, to manage the increasing recruitment process globally. This includes ensuring that the recruiting process is consistent across departments and locations and that all information is being documented in Global Rescue’s ATS. For the US, the role will include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions. This individual will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure global consistency in the recruitment process Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent Manage the recruitment process in the US from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer closure Source and screen candidates through various channels Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring Provide regular updates to leadership and hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendorsQUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a management role (can be management of process) Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationLOCATION
