Full Charge Bookkeeper

Ready to take ownership of the books and make an impact? We’re looking for an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, cash flow, and financial reporting. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys digging into the numbers, catching discrepancies, and helping leadership make informed business decisions. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and complete monthly bookkeeping procedures Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment tracking, collections, and resolving billing discrepancies Manage accounts payable, including vendor bills, payment schedules, and vendor statement reconciliations Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, payment processors, and online marketplace transactions Monitor cash flow and maintain a rolling 13-week cash-flow forecast to help leadership plan ahead Prepare financial reports, including P&L, balance sheets, cash-flow, and budget-versus-actual reports Support inventory accounting, payroll coordination, budgeting, CPA requests, and other financial needs Requirements: 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably with experience managing a company’s full books Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Experience with AR, AP, reconciliations, financial reporting, and cash-flow forecasting Strong attention to detail with the ability to investigate discrepancies and solve problems independently Excellent organization, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple financial priorities Comfortable communicating professionally with customers, vendors, leadership, and accounting partners Experience with e-commerce, wholesale, manufacturing, inventory accounting, or online marketplaces is a plus ; accounting/finance education or equivalent experience preferred Schedule: Monday – Friday

9 AM – 5 PM

Salary: $22 - $28/Hour Location: Leon Valley, TX 78238
