Sales Support Manager

The Manager of Sales Operations Support is responsible for leading two critical customer support functions that directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and data integrity across company systems, including HubSpot. This role ensures new customers receive high-touch, white glove onboarding experience for new medical offices and practices, while existing customer and provider records are maintained with the highest levels of accuracy and integrity of customer account data across company systems. Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks Customer Onboarding Responsibilities: Provide strong leadership and excellent management skills to achieve performance, quality, and service objectives. Oversee end-to-end onboarding experience for new dental offices and customers. Ensure a seamless, concierge-level ("white-glove") transition from implementation through successful account activation. Monitor onboarding timelines, customer satisfaction metrics, and service delivery standards. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer Care teams to ensure successful customer launches. Manage onboarding processes and workflows within HubSpot to ensure efficient customer implementation and account activation. Onboarding of new customers consist of about 90 days Ensure customer onboarding activities, communications, milestones, and documentation are accurately tracked in HubSpot. Oversee the setup, maintenance, and ongoing management of customer account information within HubSpot and other company business systems. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of customer and provider data. Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to minimize errors and improve data reliability. Monitor key metrics related to data accuracy, productivity, turnaround times, and customer impact. Qualifications (Experience, Education, Licensure, Certification) Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Management, or related field or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in customer operations, customer onboarding, account management, healthcare operations, or related functions. 2+ years of leadership experience managing customer-facing or operational teams. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Experience utilizing HubSpot CRM and related customer lifecycle management tools. Strong understanding of customer data management, CRM best practices and system-driven process workflows.
