Assemblers
Location: Riverdale, NJ
Pay Rate: $18–$19/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Voluntary Saturdays)
Shifts: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
- Required: Experience assembling metal parts
- Required: Experience assembling electrical parts
- Assemble components into finished goods using engineering drawings and instructions
- Use basic tools and fixtures efficiently and accurately
- Maintain precise counts and log work in order control systems
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace
- Perform tasks such as testing, engraving, and packaging as needed
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Lift up to 15 lbs frequently, up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Regular use of hands, tools, and close visual focus
- Exposure to moderate noise and mechanical equipment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills (measuring, calculator use)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable using a computer tablet
- Preferred: 2+ years of manufacturing assembly experience
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, communication)
