Case Manager - Bilingual

Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit a qualified Bilingual Housing Case Manager. This role is responsible for delivering direct client services, coordinating housing resources, and providing comprehensive support to individuals working toward stable housing and self-sufficiency.

Principle Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments, determine program eligibility, and provide individualized case management services to support shelter stability and long-term housing goals.
• Facilitate housing placement and retention by assessing rental contributions, recruiting and collaborating with landlords, mediating tenant-landlord concerns, and connecting participants to income resources and public benefits.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation across multiple databases in accordance with organizational and funder requirements, while ensuring access to community resources and referral networks.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment by promoting physical and emotional well-being, resolving guest conflicts, de-escalating crises, and coordinating with emergency responders when necessary.
• Perform all duties in alignment with the Social Work Code of Ethics, maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational, planning, and teamwork skills.
• Valid Colorado driver's license, state-required automobile insurance, and reliable transportation for guest services.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this position starts at $24.50 per hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities, including work experience.

Hours: Sunday - Thursday 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
