LowVoltage Foreman

One of the fastest-growing Low-Voltage Integrators in the NYC market continues to grow - and has an opening for an experienced Field Foreman to lead security installation crews and help keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. In this hands-on role, you'll work alongside technicians in the field, coordinate with General Contractors, manage daily jobsite activities, and make sure installations are completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality. The ideal candidate has experience leading teams in the low-voltage, security, or construction industry and is comfortable motivating crews, solving problems in the field, and keeping projects on track. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise field crews on commercial security installation projects. Work alongside technicians to support daily installation activities. Coordinate project schedules and jobsite logistics with General Contractors , project managers, and customers. Ensure work is completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and company expectations. Conduct daily jobsite planning and crew assignments. Monitor productivity and provide guidance, training, and support to team members. Enforce all OSHA and jobsite safety requirements. Required Qualifications Previous Foreman, Lead Technician, Crew Leader, or Supervisory experience. Experience managing field crews in a construction, security, or low-voltage environment. Knowledge of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and low-voltage systems. Strong understanding of commercial security system installations. Ability to read construction drawings and project documentation. Excellent communication and leadership skills. OSHA SST Certification required.
